During our phone call, I will explain how hypnotherapy can help you overcome your stress and anxiety and will also explain why hypnosis is such a powerful tool to help you achieve desirable change. This time together is also a great opportunity for me to better understand your situation and see how I can help you improve things for the better.

Please make sure you set a reminder for the date and time you have booked your phone consultation. Ensure you are in a space where you won't be disturbed for 30 minutes.

What Happens During The Call

During our phone call, I will make a note of some background information which will help to clarify your current situation. I will also explain how hypnotherapy can help you overcome your anxiety. This is a great opportunity for you to also ask any questions you might have.

What Happens After The Call

If you're happy to move forward and book your first hypnotherapy session, I will discuss available dates with you. You will receive all necessary confirmation details and we will meet on the agreed date and time to begin your treatment with your first hypnotherapy session.

Hi there, my name’s Greg and I’ve been in practice in Bristol for the last 15 years helping people locally and nationally overcome the issues that are preventing them from having the life they want to live.

I studied Electronics & Communication Systems at the University of Bristol before deciding to pursue a career in hypnotherapy after attending a course in Brighton.

I completed my training in Bristol in 2004 and have never looked back. I feel privileged to be in such a wonderful position to help people create desirable change and live the life they want to live.

Within a week after seeing Greg for the first time, I felt a noticeable improvement in my stress and anxiety levels.
I went to see Greg because I was suffering with work-related stress and anxiety. I wasn’t sleeping properly; waking in the early hours of the morning feeling anxious about the day or week ahead. Sunday nights and Monday mornings were dreadful. At work I often felt tense and irritable. Anxiety about work seemed to have seeped through into every aspect of my life – even when I was at home, supposedly away from work. Greg was able to explain in a very clear way how the more primitive parts of the brain can allow anxiety levels to increase.
